WILL I LOSE PURCHASED WASHES?
All purchased washes will be honored and fulfilled via email approximately March 1 through March 8, 2023. Purchased washes will come from [email protected]. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders as each purchased wash will be a separate email.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER?
Thanx neither stores nor sees your credit card information. Thanx integrates directly with Visa, MasterCard, etc (who already have your card information). When you register your card with the app, your card number is encrypted and sent directly from your phone to Visa, MasterCard, etc. They mark your card as enrolled and send Thanx a notification when you use it to make a purchase at a participating location.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MIKE'S CARWASH THANX APP?
On February 28. 2023 the Mike's Carwash Thanx App will be removed from the app store and no longer valid. The app can manually be removed from your phone.
